1. Definitions and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the vbsz platform and all services operated under it. In this document, "Platform" refers to the vbsz website, mobile application and all related digital channels.
"User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created an account on vbsz or is using any service on the platform. "Services" includes casino games, sports betting, live casino, deposits, withdrawals and all promotional offers.
By accessing the platform, creating an account or starting to use any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the platform.
2. Account Registration
To create an account on vbsz, a member must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, mobile number and other identifying details provided at registration must be genuine.
2.1 One Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all related accounts may be suspended or closed and any balance in those accounts may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Verification
vbsz may at any time request documents needed to verify a member's identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete. If a member fails to provide the required documents, the platform reserves the right to close the account.
2.3 Account Security
It is the member's own responsibility to keep their username and password fully confidential. Sharing login details with third parties or transferring an account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact the support team immediately.
3. Age Limit and Eligibility
All vbsz services are for persons aged 21 or older only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.
- Age is verified at registration; providing a false age will result in account closure.
- To protect minors, the platform may request proof of age at any time.
- No deposited or won funds may be withdrawn before the age of 21 is reached.
As additional eligibility requirements, members must be located in Bangladesh and must hold a valid mobile banking account registered in their own name.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals on vbsz: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other scheduled banks).
4.1 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, this time may increase if account verification or an administrative review is required.
4.3 Payment Rules
- The account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the member's own name.
- Transactions through third parties are not accepted and may be rejected or investigated.
- The platform reserves the right to hold and investigate any suspicious or unusual transaction.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
vbsz offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are described in detail on the relevant promotion page.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,000; the wagering requirement on this bonus is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings earned from a bonus may not be withdrawn before completing a 20x wager on the bonus amount. Only bets placed on specified games count towards wagering.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If bonus abuse or an attempt to claim promotions through fraudulent means is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended. Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses, or claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device, is strictly prohibited.
- A bonus is only for the member whose account it was credited to — it cannot be transferred to a third party.
- The platform reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
- Bets placed with bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on vbsz is governed by the rules described in this section.
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the platform are operated through certified technology providers and their outcomes are determined entirely at random. Using bots, scripts or any automated method to place bets is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Right to Cancel Bets
vbsz reserves the right to cancel or amend any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrectly published odds or any other unusual circumstance. In such cases, the amount of the cancelled bet will be returned to the member's account.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
- Pre-match bets cannot be changed or cancelled after a match has started.
- If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be returned to the account.
- Match results will be determined according to the official announcement of the relevant governing body.
- In a multi bet, if one selection is cancelled it will be counted as 1.00.
6.4 Live Casino and Slots
If a connection is lost at a live casino table, the game provider's server record will be considered final. Each spin in a slot game is independent and previous results do not affect future results.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
vbsz may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate an account.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to exploit the betting system or take advantage of technical vulnerabilities.
- The account being inactive for an extended period.
If an account is closed and no violation is proven, the member may apply to have the remaining balance returned. However, if the closure is due to a ban or bonus abuse, the balance may be forfeited.
A member may also request account closure at any time through the support team. In this case, any remaining balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process.
8. Limitation of Liability
vbsz accepts no liability for the following:
- Service disruption caused by technical errors or server problems.
- Loss caused by the failure of third-party service providers.
- Loss resulting from the member's own negligence or leaving account details unsecured.
- Service interruption due to external causes (natural disasters, government directives).
The platform's maximum liability will never exceed the amount deposited by the member during the relevant period. vbsz is not responsible for psychological or financial harm arising from gaming, though responsible gaming tools are always available.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
How members' personal information is collected, stored and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy.
- Members' personal information is never sold to third parties.
- Documents provided for identity verification are stored securely.
- All financial transactions are protected via SSL encryption.

10. Responsible Gaming
vbsz is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The policies described on our Responsible Gaming page form an integral part of these Terms.
Members can use deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion on their account. These tools are in the member's control and can be activated through the support team.

- Enjoy gaming as entertainment — not as a source of income.

- Requests for self-exclusion or a break are always respected.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Relevant international law will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. If a dispute arises between vbsz and a member, an attempt must first be made to resolve it through direct discussion.
If resolution through direct discussion is not possible, the matter will be referred to neutral mediation. To resolve a dispute, the member may notify the support team in writing.
12. Changes to Terms and Effectiveness
vbsz reserves the right to partially or fully change these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
Continuing to use the platform after a change means the member has accepted the updated terms. It is therefore recommended to visit this page regularly.
